  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (Gas Mark 5)
  2. Line a loaf tin with baking paper
  3. Mash the bananas until smooth
  4. Mix all the ingredients together (except the oats) in a bowl and stir until combines well
  5. Stir through the oats
  6. Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and sprinkle a few oats on the top for texture
  7. Cook for 55 minutes or until a sharp knife or skewer, inserted into the middle of the loaf, comes out clean
  8. Turn out onto a baking rack to cool
